Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items received, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all original parts, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
  2. The product must show normal use only and must not be damaged due to improper handling.
  3. Products requiring specific hygiene standards must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  4. Any defective product must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we determine that they have been used or damaged in a way that violates our return policy.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: maisonelancecontact@gmail.com
  2. Make sure your email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer’s first and last name
    • Customer’s full address

We will then reply with the return address.

Please never send the package to the sender’s address.
We will provide the correct return address after your request has been reviewed.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are natural persons placing an order for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the last item of your order.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once confirmed. Therefore, it is not possible to stop shipment after an order has been placed, and refunds cannot be issued until the returned products have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) by a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Parcels Already in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the parcel and then proceed with the return if necessary.

However, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel the order.

To speed up the return process, we kindly ask you to provide proof of shipment for the returned parcel.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).

The refund will be issued:

  • no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal request and returned products,
  • using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise,
  • without any additional fees charged to you.

IMPORTANT

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
